All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and site conditions. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service where required for safety or legal reasons.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are non-binding unless provided in writing. The final price may vary based on the scope of work, materials selected, site conditions, or unforeseen issues discovered during the project. Any change that affects pricing will be discussed with you before the work proceeds.

3. Payments

This website does not collect or process payments. All payments are handled outside of the website. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. Failure to pay amounts owed may result in lawful collection actions.

4. Appointments and Access

The customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area. Pets and any hazards must be secured before work begins. Cancellation terms, if any, will be provided directly in connection with your project.
